Services
Norvyx provides software and digital solutions, including personalized digital invitation websites for celebrations. Project scope is discussed before work begins.
Payments
Pricing, payment timing, deposits, and accepted payment methods should be confirmed with Norvyx before work begins.
Revisions
Norvyx Invitations include unlimited revisions before final approval. Changes requested after final approval or launch may require additional review and may be quoted separately.
Hosting
Norvyx Invitations include one year of custom domain and hosting unless otherwise agreed. Renewal options and future hosting costs should be confirmed before the first year ends.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate event details, approved photos, correct spelling, permissions for submitted materials, and timely feedback during the design process.
Intellectual Property
Customers should only provide materials they own or have permission to use. Ownership and license terms for final designs, code, images, and submitted content should be finalized before launch.
Acceptable Use
Norvyx services may not be used for unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, or misleading content. Norvyx may decline or remove content that violates these expectations.
Limitation of Liability
Norvyx aims to provide professional and reliable services, but online services can be affected by third-party platforms, internet providers, browsers, and hosting infrastructure.
Termination
Norvyx may pause or end services if project requirements are not met, payment terms are not followed, or the service is used in a harmful or unacceptable way.
